This is a great tool for speech therapy!! The kids love to locate the items and put them inside the “mailbox”. I use this as a receptive and expressive language activity with some articulation that may come up naturally. I have paired these with real items, played “iSpy” or “Let’s find…” games to find things that are similar / different. Endless possibilities! Highly recommend!
The learn and drop is SO good. My daughter independently wants to “play” with the flash cards (in reality she’s learning but it feels like play.) The cards are quality- dry erase markers write and erase on them so the extension possibilities are endless. This is SUCH a motivator!
This book is a must for any SLP working with littles. I’m so excited to read this in my PreK language centers to explain why some friends have iPads with them all day at school, and continue to normalize our total communication approach in the classrooms!

I love using this toy with my students in OT sessions! It's a great fine motor/visual motor activity. The kids love the bright colors and dropping the pieces into the slots, and I love that it works on so many skills! And it's durable and easy to clean between kids!
