Wholesale & Purchase Order Policies
What’s the difference?
- Wholesale (Resale Accounts): For approved retailers buying Solobo products to resell in their own channels.
- Purchase Orders (Schools & Institutions): For schools, districts, universities, government agencies, and nonprofits buying for their own use (not for resale).
- If you’re an authorized reseller placing an order by PO, both sections apply. If there’s ever a conflict, the Wholesale terms control.

Wholesale (Resale Accounts)
Geographic scope:
U.S. only (50 states + DC). We don’t currently accept international wholesale accounts or ship wholesale orders internationally.
1) Account eligibility & sales channels
Authorized retailers may sell Solobo products only on their own website and in their own physical stores. Resale to other retailers or on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Temu) is not permitted unless we approve in writing.
2) Opening orders & minimums
- Opening order minimum: $500 (unless a promotion states otherwise).
- Payment methods: Credit card, ACH, or Zelle (we’ll email a secure invoice link).
- When payment is due: In full before shipment, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
- Net 30 (by approval): Offered case-by-case with credit approval.
3) How to order
- Email orders: Send a Purchase Order (PDF preferred) to sales@solobotoys.com (cc hello@solobotoys.com).
- No formal PO? Email an itemized order; we’ll reply with an invoice.
- Include: billing & shipping addresses, contact name/email/phone, item names/SKUs, quantities, unit prices, requested delivery date, and any receiving constraints (dock, liftgate, inside delivery).
- Tax-exempt? Attach your resale/tax-exempt certificate.
4) Shipping, fulfillment & lead times
Orders may ship from our studio, partner warehouses, or Amazon fulfillment centers on our behalf.
- If everything is in stock: we ship within five business days.
- If something is out of stock: that line ships once replenished; we’ll keep you updated.
- Preorders: ship once available.
- Tracking: sent once it ships (multi-box orders may generate separate tracking emails).
5) Backorders & “SHIPS {MONTH}” items
- Backordered and preorder items ship as they become available.
- Items labeled “SHIPS {MONTH}” dispatch any day within that month based on the status at the time we accept your order/PO.
6) Cancellations (before shipment)
You may request to cancel any unshipped product by emailing sales@solobotoys.com with your PO or order number. If an order is partially shipped, we can cancel the unshipped products.
7) Inspection, damages & shortages
- All wholesale orders are final sale (no change-of-mind returns).
- If anything arrives damaged/defective or units are short, email sales@solobotoys.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and the packing slip. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions (and a label if needed) and replace affected products promptly.
8) Product safety & labeling
Do not cover or remove any safety tracking information (lot/serial/UPC) on packaging. In the unlikely event of a defect or recall, we use that data to locate affected units. If a recall/defect occurs, we’ll cover the cost to return/destroy affected units and refund you accordingly.

9) Sell complete units / original packaging
Boxed sets must be sold as complete units in original packaging. Do not alter, open, or separate components; products must be sold as received.
10) MAP & pricing updates
You agree to follow Solobo’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). Pricing and MAP may change; we’ll notify accounts when they do.
11) Termination
Solobo may end a wholesale relationship for policy violations or at any time with written notice. All outstanding invoices remain due and payable.

Purchase Orders (Schools & Institutions)
Who this is for: Schools, districts, universities, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations purchasing Solobo products for their own use (e.g., classrooms, therapy, libraries), not for resale.
Geographic scope
- U.S. only (50 states + DC). We don’t currently process purchase orders shipping outside the United States.
1) How to submit a PO
- Email your PO (PDF preferred) to sales@solobotoys.com
- Include: billing & shipping addresses; contact name/email/phone; item names/SKUs, quantities, unit prices; requested delivery date; any receiving constraints (dock, liftgate, inside delivery).
- Tax-exempt? Attach your exemption certificate.
2) Terms & invoicing
- Payment before shipment (credit card, ACH, check, or Zelle accepted).
- Net 30 (by approval): Offered to qualified institutions. We invoice when items ship; partial shipments are invoiced as they go. Need a W-9? Email us at sales@solobotoys.com.
3) Shipping & lead times
Orders may ship from our studio, partner warehouses, or Amazon fulfillment centers.
- In-stock items generally leave a warehouse within a few business days (timing can vary by location and carrier capacity).
- Preorders / backorders ship when available.
- Tracking is emailed once it ships (multi-box orders may generate separate tracking emails).

4) Preorders & “SHIPS {MONTH}”
Products marked with “SHIPS {MONTH}” dispatch any day within that month based on the status at the time we accept your PO. If an exception arises, we’ll offer options (accept a new window or cancel unshipped lines).
5) Changes, address updates & cancellations
Send PO changes or address updates to sales@solobotoys.com before an item ships and we’ll confirm what’s possible. You may cancel any unshipped line by emailing sales@solobotoys.com.
6) Damages & shortages
If anything arrives damaged/defective or units are short, email sales@solobotoys.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and the packing slip. Upon approval, we’ll repair/replace or reship promptly.
