Wholesale Policies
Opening orders require a $250 minimum unless noted otherwise in a promotion or special. The invoice is to to be paid via credit card, ACH, or Zelle. All major credit cards are accepted. All payments must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. Solobo offers Net 30 terms on a case-by-case basis. Credit approval is required.
Order Fulfillment
If all items are in stock, Solobo will ship your order within five business days. If items on the order are out of stock, they will be shipped once the stock has been replenished. Solobo will make every effort to keep you updated as stock replenishment timeframes vary. If your order contains preordered items, those items will ship once they are available.
Shipment Inspection
All orders are final sale meaning return requests are not accepted. Solobo takes every step to ensure the products have no defects. If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, you must contact Solobo within 5 business days of receiving the products. Pictures are required to show the damage to the order. Upon approval, Solobo will give you a return label to ship the damaged inventory back to Solobo's warehouse unless otherwise noted. Once the items are returned to Solobo, Solobo will ship new products to replace the products affected unless otherwise agreed upon.
Safety Compliance
All safety tracking information found on the back of the packaging of the products must never be covered. In the unlikely event that any products are deemed defective or recalled, Solobo will use the safety tracking information to locate the products that were affected. Solobo will pay all costs to return or destroy the products affected. Solobo will issue refunds to cover the recalled/defective inventory.
Authorized Resellers
Wholesale customers are authorized to retail Solobo products exclusively through their own website and physical stores, unless otherwise arranged. Solobo products are not to be resold to other retailers or resellers or sold on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or other similar e-commerce websites.
MAP Standards
Solobo follows MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) standards. All wholesale customers must adhere to MAP determined by Solobo. Solobo may change the pricing at any time and will notify all wholesale customers when doing so.
Sale as a Complete Unit
The Retailer agrees that all boxed set toys provided by Solobo must be sold in their original packaging and as complete units. Under no circumstances shall the Retailer sell or offer for sale any individual components or pieces of the boxed set separately.
Original Packaging
The Retailer shall not alter, open, or remove any items from the original packaging of the boxed set toys. All products must be displayed and sold in the same condition in which they were received from Solobo, with all original contents, accessories, and packaging intact.
Approved Use of Trademarks and Branding
Retailers must use Solobo’s brand assets (logos, product images, and descriptions) in accordance with Solobo’s brand guidelines. Any changes or adaptations require written approval from Solobo.
Product Descriptions and Imagery
Retailers are required to use accurate product descriptions and approved images provided by Solobo. Misrepresentation of product features or purposes is strictly prohibited.
Termination
Solobo reserves the right to end any wholesale relationship if any of these policies are violated. Solobo may also terminate any wholesale agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices remain due and payable.
