Beaches Resorts are all-inclusive Caribbean family resorts by Sandals. They’re the first resort company to complete the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) training and Advanced Autism Certification! They offer a wide range of accommodations for families to ensure that neurodivergent families have a place to vacation stress-free with things like Autism certified staff and kids’ camps, culinary concierge with custom dining options, sensory guides, and more! Beaches Resorts also has Caribbean Adventures with Sesame Street where kids can play and participate in activities with Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Julia (Elmo’s curious, 4-year old autistic friend), and their other favorite characters.
This September, Beaches Resorts is hosting their 2nd annual, Autism Inclusion Week in Negril, Jamaica. Not only will guests get to experience even more activities specifically designed for autistic children and their families but they’ll be gifted with Emotional Baggage plus have me as a guest speaker!
